Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL P3H'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO P3H IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
